CFCNX is a great gym overall - clean, well-equipped, and consistently motivating. The coaches are friendly, the workouts are well-structured, and the sauna + ice bath add real value to the experience. The environment feels positive and the facilities themselves are excellent. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the booking system and class availability, especially for the HYROX-style sessions. From my own experience, the classes fill up quickly, and the way the current system handles waitlists can make it challenging to secure a confirmed spot. Here are the issues I’ve personally run into: • Booking opens a week in advance, but joining a waitlist immediately deducts a punch pass, even though you don’t actually have a guaranteed class. • Because the system shows your pass as “used,” you’re blocked from reserving newly available classes when spots open up - even if there’s space. • Those openings refill quickly, so you can end up stuck on several waitlists without being able to book an actual confirmed class. • HYROX is only offered once each morning, and since morning sessions fill the fastest, availability becomes even more limited. Recommendation I’ve come across booking systems elsewhere that handle this more effectively, and a similar approach could really improve the experience. For example: • Joining a waitlist does not deduct a punch pass right away • A pass is only deducted once you’re officially moved into the class • And you’re given a short acceptance window to confirm the spot This avoids penalizing members for planning ahead and prevents missed opportunities when new class openings appear. CFCNX has a great foundation, and with adjustments to the booking flow and class scheduling, it could easily be a 5-star gym. I highly recommend it overall - the facilities and environment are excellent, and with a few user-experience improvements, it would be exceptional.

I have visited many crossfit boxes while travelling and this one is definitely one of the TOP ones. Great coaches and classes. You have options for crossfit, hyrox and weightlifting and a special studio for yoga. Also there’s an amazing garden for chilling and nice cafe for coffee or working with laptop, plus sauna and ice bath. At first we though it’s quite expensive but you get a lot!

10/10 would recommend. Thanks to coach Poom and others who coached my classes I attended. This is a PRVN affiliate so you know the programming is legit. Also the first CF affiliate in Thailand apparently. Dropped in for 4-5 sessions on vacation. They have great options available for drop ins and a drop in for a class includes access to open gym for the day as well as the cold plunge and sauna which are great. They have yoga classes available in a separate building adjacent as well as a cafe, mini shop, changing rooms, showers, the aforementioned 2 ice cold plunges and a sauna as well as a back weightlifting area which you can do open gym as well. It's an open air setup with a roof which means it's gets very humid / hot although they have large air fans.

This is a very cool box, probably the best I've ever visited so far. The way it works, where you have your own space and your own weights etc is perfect. So is having an ice bath available to use for free (even when you just drop in) and the spacious showers and the lovely garden and the Rx coffee shop 💪🏼 loved it, will definitely come back! Coaching was great too and athletes were super friendly!

One of our favourite places to train in the world. Amazing gym, friendly staff and a cool inclusive vibe. Not to mention an awesome cafe with all your pre and post workout snacks and shakes as well as sauna and ice bath for recovery. Last but not least on-site sports massage. If you are in Chiang Mai this is the only place to train.
