Cypress Nest

This is a really special place. Totally worth the short trip from Old Chiang Mai where I was staying. The owner has created a unique oasis for healing minds and bodies. I did an amazing yoga class followed by sound healing and reiki. I do a lot of yoga but don’t have as much experience with sound healing and reiki. The teacher is amazing and I felt so deeply satisfied after the yoga class. Then the teacher did reiki and sound healing which took me to the most peaceful and serene and beautiful place. An incredible experience really; I didn’t want to leave. There are some interesting and high quality natural products for sale too. And two very cute mischievous cats! Six stars

I had a wonderful online Reiki and sound healing session with Riley. She created such a calm, safe space, even through the screen, and I could really feel the energy flow throughout the session. I left feeling grounded, lighter, and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend this to anyone needing an energetic reset or emotional clarity!!!
