The studio offers Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Power Flow, and Therapeutic Yoga classes, running daily from 8am to 8pm. Yoga retreats are also available for those looking for a more extended practice. My favourite times in Chiang Mai. I did three different classes - all of them I loved. The first, there was only two of us so it was like a private lesson which was very cool. The last one this evening, the Power Vinyasa flow was great - I even nearly ish did a handstand and headstand which I have never tried or even think I could do. 10/10. Defo go to when in Chiang Mai!!!!

Very nice yoga studio, welcoming atmosphere and casual price for thailand 400 bath for session. Teacher give complete vinyasa flow with breathing, guided asana flow full body, time for self practice advanced asana of your choice, extra stretching and meditation to close one and a half hour of practice. More then enough time to sweat or just flow with your breathing. Truly enjoyed all of my sessions! Don't forget to book your spot before to go, good yoga studio is always full.

I had an amazing experience at this yoga studio. The atmosphere is peaceful and very clean. The instructor is professional, patient, and explains each pose clearly. The instructor takes care of every student and gives personal attention when needed. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after class. Love this place. 🫶🍀

I went to the morning vinyasa flow class on friday Pros: -quiet neighbourhood -interesting sequence Cons: -more expensive then other classes in CM -teacher didn’t check with the students -no actual teaching, just following the teacher. Same as putting on a video I wish all the best to the teacher, who was doing her yoga asanas very well, to develop further her skills to motivate and guide her students. That was the only class I took there and there are for sure also very competent other teachers. But I will continue going to cheaper classes in other studios with very experienced teachers like at wild rose yoga or chiang mai yoga. Both just around the corner. Good luck and all best wishes to freedom Yoga studio

Freedom Yoga in Chiang Mai Old Town is such a lovely studio — clean, welcoming, and equipped with great mats with excellent grip. The teachers are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the Therapeutic Yoga with Kru Cherry — her workshop-style class is interactive and full of detailed guidance on how to move and care for your body both on and off the mat. Hatha Vinyasa and Vinyasa with Kru Tan are equally amazing — her gentle guidance and assistance on each asana create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
