Great gym with top-notch equipment and a clean setup. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes every session feel easy to start. Only wish they had a sauna and ice bath — that’d make it perfect.

Good, clean gym with all the basics necessary! I enjoy the weekend BOGO offer. Some equipment is crowded and thus not able to be used to full capacity. My main critique are the music is quite vulgar/full of cursing. Obviously you can wear ear buds, but it’d be nice if they played cleaner music so you don’t have to. I often go in the morning and the air con isn’t turned on despite it being hot/humid. It’d be nice if it was turned on at 7am when the gym opens! And lastly, if it opened by 6am that’d be even better. Overall though, the pros outweigh the cons so I still think this is an overall good gym.

Pretty far from the main city, came here all the way only to be turned down at the entrance for not having sneakers (came with closed sandals that most gyms in south east Asia accept) and it didn’t matter that I only wanted to do Matt exercises. The staff wasn’t rude or anything but I wish this rule would have been noted anywhere before coming so I would know and not come all this way for nothing.

It's not that big but it’s quite complete such as cardio machine, smith machine, weight training stuff and free space to yoga, circuit bla bla. There are air conditioners, air purifiers, clean bathrooms and lockers provided. reasonable member price, nice staffs and it's located next to the market.
