In-Come Gym

It’s a great place if you’re new to Muay Thai. The coaches are very friendly and helpful. They love joking around, but they’re also extremely serious about their job, working almost every day from morning till evening. They even invite students to fun activities like watching Muay Thai matches together or going out for food or drinks. It feels like one big family, you really feel part of a community. I genuinely recommend coming here 🫶

I went here almost every day during the three weeks I stayed in Chiang Mai. I cannot compare with other Thai gyms but frankly I could'nt have asked for anything else. 100 baht for the day pass, the ac works very well, clean toilets/shower, clean floors and equipment (it is cleaned every day), staff is kind, I liked the music most of the time, and between 7am and 9am there are only a handful of people. I almost never had to wait for some equipment. Free water and free lockers as well. Oh and the lights on the ground floor are gorgeous 😍

A great gym with 4 floors and everything you need. Clean equipment and great staff with a fridge of products. I’ve been in Chiang Mai for 4 days and come here every day. 100 baht for a day pass i think is very reasonable.

Nice gym with 4 floors and good equipment. Price was 100 Baht for one Session. Absolutely great :)

I love this Muay Thai gym — the coaches are top-notch, the place is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and there are lots of sessions throughout the day. Simply ideal!
