I trained no-gi at this gym during my vacation in Chiang Mai and I can say it was fantastic—a truly positive experience. The instructor, Jon, clearly has a lot of experience, and the teammates are lovely! I didn’t just enjoy the classes—I also had the great pleasure of rolling with Jon, who gave me advice on how to improve my game and what I should focus on to keep progressing. Thank you so much! It’s a shame my stay in Chiang Mai was so short.

Great friendly vibe. Teachers are very knowledgeable and speak English well. Small classes ensures you get a lot of attention which is great. Very reasonable pricing, Highly recommend.

Perfect location! The people here are not just amazing but also incredibly good looking, I mean welcoming :) seriously, creating a sense of belonging which is hard to find . Had an awesome time training at Kaizen. Jon is an extremely welcoming and technical coach and the guys are a lot of fun to roll with. Will definitely be back the next time I visit Chiang Mai.
