Kru Frame Muay Thai Training Club is a professional Muay Thai and fitness gym near Chiang Mai's Night Bazaar and Old City, founded by Kru Frame, a C-Licence certified trainer and professional fighter with over ten years of coaching experience. The gym runs small group classes and private sessions for beginners, tourists, digital nomads, and experienced athletes, with a focus on proper fundamentals, pad work, and authentic Thai training methods. The air-conditioned facility includes a PM2.5 air purification system. Long-term unlimited training programmes are available for extended stays and DTV visa holders.

We were traveling through Chiang Mai and came for two drop-in group classes. The instructor to student ratio was great, one to one. I went with a little bit of experience and brought two new people, including my 10-year-old daughter, and they were excellent with her. It was a beautiful experience. English was excellent. We learned a lot, we sweated hard, and we left with smiles. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp, I even left something behind and they immediately communicated with me to come back and grab it. Would highly recommend for an intimate experience whether you are familiar with Muay Thai or brand new. Thank you Kru Frame, Kru Pod and Kru James. it’s very fun to know you’re making a core memory with your loved ones and your kids.

Awesome coaches and amazing gym. My sister and I spent a week in chiang mai, we went to Kru Frame for a drop-in session just to give Muay Thai a go and enjoyed it so much that we ended up booking in the group classes almost every day! All the coaches are incredible, it's a tough work out for sure but they push you in all the right ways. Will defintely come back when we come visit Chiang Mai again.

400 THB for 1.5 hr Muay Thai group class. Coaches and staff were Nam, Pod, Frame, and another coach. All could understand and speak English. Indoor with fan and air conditioning. Can pay with credit card. There was a cute and friendly dog named Milo and some children.

Great gym, great coaches and staff, clean & cool! Prices are very reasonable & training is intense. Very good coach to trainees ratio. Coaches speak decent english as well. :) It’s been my absolute pleasure coming here for the past week.

All the instructors are really helpful and friendly, even though they were laughing at me sometimes 🤣 would definitely come back for more lessons next time
