Decent gym for what you pay - 60 baht for 1 day pass. Just very very hot as no a/c. Spoilt for choice with equipment - it's a big space and was almost empty when we were there in the morning! Enough there to have a really decent workout. Also toilets and showers available. Gym is fairly clean and most equipment was being put back properly. Can't fault it for the price, just bring lots of water.

Visited recently with my boyfriend: he enjoyed the wide range of weight machines but there wasn’t air-con in the main weights room and poor air ventilation. The cardio room I used did have aircon - and so many machines - but none of them worked! There must have been 10 cross-trainers and I managed to find one that worked. Same with all of the static bikes. Disappointing considering other gyms charge the same/similar, which would have been worth travelling to! (This one was near our hotel)

Great local gym with unbeatable value. Day pass is only 60 THB (with even better weekly/monthly deals), making it one of the best-priced gyms in Chiang Mai. The main lifting area doesn’t have AC, which gives it that raw, old-school vibe I like--it actually reminds me of gyms in Vietnam. The cardio zone does have AC if you prefer that. Equipment-wise, they’ve got every machine and free weight you could need for a solid workout. The space is big, so even when it’s busy, you don’t feel cramped. I was glad to see at least one heavy bag for Muay Thai training--though I do wish there was a bit more space for it. Still, given the size and variety of equipment, it’s hard to complain. If you want a local, affordable, no-frills gym that gets the job done, this is a great spot, especially if you’re staying near the airport.

A lot of machines but mostly rusted and old. Elliptical machines are not working & without power plugged in, just stepping only. Cardio section air-condition was too cold, prefer shutting down some of the AC as it’s no good when we are sweating with strong AC. Overall ok for 60B per entry.
