For a gym that is charging 200 THB for day pass it's not really worth it. It's a really small gym with very minimal equipment and only one smith machine. The space is small so it just feels really claustrophobic with how close everything is together and the air conditioning isn't great. I also stained my white shorts with mystery black substance there while leaning against the leg press machine. It wasn't a horrible experience, I was scouting gyms in my area to see which I should sign up for and I would say this is at the bottom of my list. Not worth the fuss especially when other gyms in cnx are more spacious, more facilities, cleaner, and offer cheaper day passes.

Best gym I have ever been in Chiang Mai ! You Will not regret your membership ! The gym is super clean (mainted constantly). Modern machines, présent coach and best gym class i have ever been in Chiang Mai ( I mostly appreciated body pump and body combat with their colorfull and énergétic coaches ! ) 100% recommand it ! Ps: you can easily reach them by insta or fb and You can ask for a free trial private session and 3 days free trial of the gym and their classes to discover what they offer. 👌✨

Very Good Gym, clean with good equipment. Air conditioning, which is a must in Thailand 🙂. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak English. I travel alot around SE Asia, and coming here, is like coming Home 5 stars
