Singhaya Yoga Studio operates as Singh Yoga and Ayurveda School, a certified yoga teacher training and wellness education school based in Chiang Mai since 2008. The school offers on-site 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programmes alongside Ayurveda, Chakra, Pranayama, and Meditation courses, with both online and in-person options. The school is affiliated with The Yoga Institute in India (the oldest yoga organisation in the world) and has produced graduates who have opened their own studios globally. Regular drop-in yoga classes are also available alongside the teacher training curriculum.

A very fruitful yoga course

I did 200 hours of Yoga Training Teaching (YTTC). The information they provided was to the max. I was so fascinated by the knowledge from the yoga origins with Master Sonhu from India. All the suggestions, guidance, hospitality, and teaching professionalism were all at a high level. The learning environment and surroundings were also ideal for the learning part. I studied the yoga teacher training course with Master Sonhu, whose curriculum and knowledge were directly accumulated in India. The studio itself wasn't very large, but it could accommodate private, closed-group classes well. The teaching and support throughout the course were very attentive. The teacher was very attentive. The content was comprehensive, and the teacher was attentive. If anyone is interested in learning the yoga teacher training course or practicing yoga, I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

I've been following Master for 2 years and decided to come and learn Yoga therapy at the Chiang Mai studio for 5 full days to take care of my own health and that of my family members. I couldn't believe that doing simple poses could help. From not being able to breathe fully and having an imbalanced system, I was able to breathe more deeply. Pranayama helped me to concentrate more. Eating a vegetarian diet improved my overall body system. I gained other knowledge as well. I received very good care. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable. It was like recharging my body and mind. Thank you very much.

I learned about Master Sonhu Sinngh through a teacher I previously studied NLP with. He's over 58 years old, but I understand he's completed all six World Major marathons and excels in many other areas, including trading, writing, and songwriting. This doesn't even include his knowledge of Feng Shui and meditation – he's truly well-rounded in body, mind, and spirituality, in my opinion. He's a great example of discipline, continuous learning, and self-improvement, both physically and mentally. I initially took a short three-day Yoga for Therapy course because I frequently experienced back pain due to my lifestyle and lifestyle. I learned that Yoga is much more than my initial understanding of Asanas (exercise postures). Asanas are only a small part of Yoga; there's so much more to explore and learn. My goal in enrolling in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course with Master Sonhu Sinngh is to learn for my own benefit, both physically and mentally. I want to study this ancient Indian discipline. This is a discipline that I am very interested in and find very useful. The Master, who is Indian and has a degree in this field, and whose lifestyle is based on Yogi style from birth, was able to answer all our questions about Yoga History, Hatha Yoga Concepts, Mantra Science, Asanas, Pranayama Science, Breathing Techniques & Science, Yoga with Ayurveda, Meditation Concepts, Chakra Energy System, Yog Mudra Concepts, Yoga Lifestyle, Therapy, and much more. In addition to teaching and answering all our questions, the Master was also a great example of self-practice and discipline. He was kind, his lessons were fun and never boring. If you didn't know him, you might think he looked stern because he had a long beard and mustache at the time, but in reality, he was very kind and funny. He doesn't eat meat, he's a great teacher, and he truly exemplifies the Yogi lifestyle. A good and happy life depends on the quality of body and mind; it's the sum of body, mind, and spirituality. I'm not a shill for the master, haha, but I really want to recommend this place to anyone genuinely interested in this field.
