We chose an expensive condominium because there was a gym inside included. The condo was overlooking Speed gym and from the outside it looked amazing. After a few days of staring at it, we gave it a try, and we never went back to the gym of our condominium again 😂 This gym is huge and the machines are very sophisticated and new. The place is really not crowded, hence you never have to wait for the machine. You have everything you need, and even more: all the machines you might want, a complete street work out area and even a running track going around the gym (inside the gym obviously) There is AC so the temperature inside is ideal to work out. Staff is kind and the gym is very affordable: 100 baht per day.

Modern and clean gym, priced at 120 baht per session. The personal lockers are located inside the restroom area, and you’ll probably need to bring your own padlock. The parking lot is spacious, and there’s also a restaurant within the premises.

The gym itself is solid and the space is clean, but it’s just not really my vibe. A lot of people seem to rotate between different machines, and sometimes when you walk up to use one they’ll say they’re still using it even though they’re on another machine. It feels a bit funny at times. Also, the heaviest dumbbells only go up to 50 lbs, which can be limiting depending on your training style. Overall it’s not a bad gym, just not the right fit for me.

Overall, a pretty solid gym—spacious, clean, reasonably priced. The machines are in good condition, and there’s ample parking available, which is a plus. However, despite what the staff call off-peak hours, it’s consistently crowded. I trained here six days a week for a full month, testing out different time slots each week, but the crowd level remained the same throughout. There’s only one leg press, so expect a long wait if that’s part of your routine. Also, lockers are provided but without locks, so remember to bring your own. A decent gym with good facilities, but the crowd can be a challenge if you're looking for an efficient, uninterrupted workout.

It's a very good gym with a laid-back vibe. The staff is super friendly as well. Only points of criticism would perhaps be that the screens of the rowing machines are sometimes malfunctioning and the bikes are a bit dated, plus they can be a bit squeaky. The treadmills (which are far more popular) and other machines are in great condition though, so the place definitely deserves 5 stars for me!
