Annie is much more than your traditional yoga teacher. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in everything from traditional to modern and fusion styles. Her classes are great for all levels—somehow both easeful and challenging at the same time. She’s super encouraging but always respectful of limitations. Plenty of people can claim to teach yoga, but Annie’s playful cues and unique personality make her classes way more valuable. Highly recommend.

Annie Bliss Yoga Studio has become a very special place for me. The space is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and truly attentive. Their cueing is clear and mindful, with a strong focus on alignment, breath, and safe transitions. I’ve been practicing yoga for many years, and I genuinely appreciate how much care they put into each class — it never feels rushed or superficial. What I love most is the atmosphere. It’s warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you feel respected and supported exactly where you are. Each class leaves me feeling both grounded and refreshed, not just physically but mentally as well. Annie Bliss is not just a yoga studio — it’s a place for real practice, growth, and balance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality yoga.

I’ve been off-and-on practicing yoga for 5 years. I’ve stopped because of my back injury for year and a half and then i came back. One of my friends suggested Kru Annie as one of the best yoga teacher in Chiangmai. So I decided to restart my yoga journey again here at Annie Bliss Yoga (: It has been almost 2 months since I visited. I’m very appreciated. Each class has different style, so you can be more enjoy and engage. I like the way she arranges the class from the first til last minute. It’s all connected. It makes me feel so different from other classes that i’ve experienced . She is calm, caring, joyful but in the meantime she is cautious with the safety to prevent the injury. She teaches us to go bit by bit, no rush. And I think she knows whether you can go more or less with each posture . She always encourages you to go if you can, but asks you to hold if you’re not ready. Moreover, she offers strong classes for building strength, as well as stretching and yin yoga classes to help balance your body. Your fav Yoga teacher really depends on personal preference. You might like it here, or you might not. But I’d really encourage you to come and try it out. ****Most importantly, choose a class that matches your level. I really enjoyed the class with Annie. It was tailored to how everyone felt and what the energy was like in the room and she offered plenty of hands-on adjustments and variations for different levels, abilities, and skills. The studio is lovely, thick, high quality yoga mats and props like knee pads are provided. I highly recommend!

I’ve been practicing in Annie’s Intermediate level’s class for a month, attending almost every day. The studio is cozy, clean, and conveniently located—easy to get to. I truly enjoy the classes. Annie is the most energetic and inspiring yoga teacher I’ve met in Chiang Mai. I’m very grateful for her guidance and patience. Each class offers a unique sequence, which keeps the practice fun and engaging. Annie gives thoughtful attention to every student, and I’ve felt real progress thanks to her support. I’ve gained not only physical improvements but also inspiration and knowledge from every session. Her calm, reassuring voice and precise cues help me feel confident throughout the practice. I also appreciate her hands-on adjustments—they guide me deeper into the poses while still feeling safe and comfortable. I’ll definitely continue practicing with her!
