My partner and I came here for a drop in and we loved our experience. The drop in was 120TBH. The staff are really friendly! My partner didn’t bring the proper shoes and the staff let her borrow some running shoes - so kind. They have a cafe which I loved. I enjoyed an americano before our workout. The spaces are really clean, the equipment is great, and it wasn’t very busy when we went. We were there on a Friday at around 10am. They have a great weights and machine area, a functional fitness area, and an area for classes. They also have some lockers. Highly recommended if you’re staying in this area. We will be returning for sure.

I love this gym!! It’s really clean with new equipment and thank the gods it’s AC’d. Plus, it might just be the earliest spot to get a cup of coffee in this town. The cafe is a nice motivator to get your butt moving in the morning or enjoy a post workout protein shake. I highly recommend!!!

I’m so glad I found this gym in Chiang Mai! Love my trainer Smile-she helped me with my chronicle injuries and I walked out feeling better everyday. She’s super knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. She also knows a ton about fascia training if you are looking for that. The equipments are new, spaces are clean, and all staff are super friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for trainer and gym in Chiang Mai!
