ReNEW Studio is a lifestyle yoga and exercise studio run by E-RYT 500 certified teacher Kru Lon, who also holds DNS Exercise Trainer and DNS Yoga certifications. The studio specialises in Rehabilitation Yoga and Therapeutic Exercise, addressing chronic pain, postural imbalances, and musculoskeletal dysfunction through functional movement principles. Group classes and private sessions are both available, as well as corporate and off-site workshops. Located near Honda Sansai centre, the studio serves beginners and experienced practitioners seeking lasting change in how they use their bodies.

Blue Garden Yoga and Massage Training is a specialist massage school in Chiang Mai's Old Town led by Remco, an instructor with over 25 years of experience who has trained more than 3,000 students. The school offers group and private courses in Abdominal Chi Massage (Chi Nei Tsang), Dynamic Thai Massage, NeuroThai pain treatment, Advanced Stretches, and Neck Therapy, alongside an online academy. An intensive one-month Thai Massage foundation course runs once a year. Treatments including Chi Nei Tsang, Dynamic Thai Massage, and NeuroThai sessions are also available. Yoga group classes are currently suspended.
