A spacious gym with plenty of modern equipment, kept very clean, and spread across two floors — both fully air-conditioned. On Sundays, it tends to be less crowded than on weekdays. On weekdays, if you come between 5 PM and 7 PM, it can get quite busy and you might have to wait for machines. It’s much more comfortable if you arrive earlier in the afternoon. They also sell light snacks like pastries and fruit juices inside. Right outside the gym, there’s a small eatery that serves two main dishes — stir-fried beef rice and stir-fried chicken rice — both are quite tasty and perfect for gym-goers. You can order here and eat in the gym. There’s plenty of space for parking. The drop-in rate is 120 baht per session, but monthly packages are much more cost-effective. The restrooms are quite clean and there are shower facilities available

One of the most complete gym's , nice staff. Price is good ! And they have a variety of products for anyone's need from protein shakes local and international to pre workout and even meals outside ! One of the best gyms from my experience in thailand ( ps: airconditioned ).

Rush Gym. One of 9 I visited across Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Lampang. 150bht for a single time pass, so definitely on the more expensive side. To be honest, it's a really good gym in general. It's a beautiful facility, with great changing rooms, toilets, great lighting, a very good cardio mezinine floor and some tune attention to detail. As an experience, it's definitely the most premium. For weight trainers, bodybuilders, amature lifters, I'd say it comes 3rd in chiang Mai for kit selection and quality. It drops further down that list if I include chiang Rai. For Cardio, it's definitely the best in the region, with numerous new treadmills, 3 cross trainers and 2 stair masters. Also has some bikes. There are gyms with more cardio kit... But this all works, is new and high quality! The area they let themselves down is the over investment in Hammer Strength and Life Fitness weight machines. This is 95% of their kit. Now I know, with hammer strength, you get a level standard... And that standard is mostly acceptable, some even good. But come on, it got left behind in the 90s, surpassed by Newtech, Panatta, Gym80, Gymleco, Atlantis, Prime USA, Nautilus, need I go on? Why why why would you spend so much money on a gym and then fill it with average kit? Now there are glimpses of hope to this above paragraph. They have picked up a Cybex Hack Squat. Which is king amongs hacks. They also have an Atlantis Side Delt machine. And they have a knock off V squat machine which is actually superb. But that's where the joy stops! The Cybex hack and the V squat do make it a strong contender for leg day however. You'll see all their members walking around with huge legs, and the smallest calves!!! Why? Because they must have spent their budget on the Cybex Hack. There is nothing at all for calves there! The one calf matchine is absolutely unusable. One of the worst I've ever tried. The seated cheapo leg press is a no go as there's zero grip at the bottom of the pad and the hammer leg press is also a no for calves due to the large V gap in the middle. Meaning you have to have your legs so far apart that you cannot engage calves properly and safely. So in summary, it's a mixed bag. This is a GOOD gym. But it could and should have been so much better!

A lot of hype for nothing. Located outside the city. Priced higher than the average gym. Plenty of equipment but not enough room and far too many people to actually use anything. Mostly gym bros looking the mirror. Has air conditioning and air purifiers making it good for burning season but I prefer other gyms in the area.

The gym offers a good variety of machines, and even though it’s usually crowded, there’s almost always something available. The equipment is well maintained and in great condition.
