This is a great gym with great equipment. Has all the main weightlifting equipment I need. Recommend this one. Current daily prices are 120 Baht per day. They are just missing the short bar arms for curls which they should have but don’t have. There is one great thing about this gym and that is the fact they have an air purifier in their gym for clean air 😊👍 Thank you for caring about the air your customers breathe when they are here. Not only do they have 1 in the gym but they have 3 of them 👍

Superior Gym in comparison to nearby businesses of the same tier. Daily fee is 100 THB and Monthly membership fee is 1,200 THB (as of writing this review). Here's a brief summary: Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff. Expect to see the ever-smiling, always-hardworking employees working here. - Less expensive than neighboring gyms. However, with the same quality and amenities. Which is a good thing. - Versatile equipment for you to experiment with. Whether it is cardio or weights, this facility has the majority of the fundamentals covered. - Hygiene. Hygiene. Hygiene. There is a lady janitor who cleans the equipment almost immediately after each use, and she is very good at her job. I have never noticed a stain, mold, or any other undesirable stuff in this gym. The place is squeaky clean 24/7 - Standard-grade air filters are installed throughout the gym. So that you can exercise with peace of mind without your mask. - Respectful customers. As in, everyone is minding their own business. Moreover, you won't see anyone sitting on a rowing bench all day like he owns it, which is obviously a huge upside. - Each customer is provided with a locker and key so that they do not need to carry their gym bag. If you are concerned about the security of your personal goods, the gym has you covered. - Cheap beverages. This place sells items such as mineral water and electrolyte drinks at nearly cost price. Cons: - While there are no complaints about the equipment, it is undeniable that it could be better. More modern, perhaps. - There are limited parking spaces and a single unit of each weight training machine. Therefore, it is somewhat chaotic during busy hours. During uptime, there is simply not enough space for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gym with clean facilities, fairly standard equipment, and an affordable price. 9.5/10

Perfect gym for a good workout! Very reasonably priced at 100 baht per day (monthly was 1,200 baht). Newer, clean facility with ample parking, and air conditioning and fans for good air flow. If you are from the US, some of the machines might look familiar - they actually are from Planet Fitness. The machines are all newer and in good condition. The brands are Hammer Strength, Cybex, and Life Fitness. There are plenty of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. When you check in, you can get a key for a locker, and they also provide one free bottle of water. There are showers, toilets, and changing rooms in the locker area. The staff was polite, and they have personal trainers available as well. They sell some beverages and pea protein powder. It also looks like there is a open air Muy Thai training area upstairs.

I like Solid gym for its atmosphere! Very clean and nice place. All the equipment what you need for training provided. Bathroom have hair blow dryer that is a plus!!! Also a great thing that they provide you free bottle of water.

It is in good condition and has a shower room, toilet and room to change clothes. The monthly membership fee is 1200 baht.
