A nice and spacious gym great for workout for couple of hours. Exercise equipments are in good condition and have sofa to sit down and rest after workout. This gym is not far from Big C and few minutes away from the train station.

I’ve been a regular member at this gym and generally have had a good experience. However, today I was quite disappointed with the behavior of one of the staff members. I politely asked for assistance in adjusting a machine that I had trouble with earlier. Instead of being helpful, he responded in a dismissive and reluctant manner, as if he didn’t want to assist at all. When I pointed out the machine, he made a minimal effort, vaguely said it couldn’t be adjusted (I couldn't catch exactly what he said), and walked away without even making eye contact. Later, I tried again on my own and, with a bit more effort, managed to adjust the machine without any issue. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but as a paying member, I believe a basic level of courtesy and willingness to help should be expected from gym staff. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other members in the future.

If you’re a cat lover and workout this will be a perfect place for you. The equipment is not much comparing to the other but it’s enough. They also have cardio space for you to work on such as treadmill, climb, must thai and etc. The staff is super nice and helpful too

Nice gym, very well equipped, ac + fan work very well. Not crowded at all in the evening. Day pass was 90 baht, very reasonable! The cats are the cherry on top!
