Best yoga class and overall studio experience of my life! For real. I was so excited to write this review. I am a pilates studio owner here in SE Asia, 500 YTT certified (currently non-practicing haha), and a Pilates teacher. I have HIGH standards and expectations. From registration to post-class, the customer journey was 10/10. Good clear communication on WhatsApp, a beautiful space, seamless check-in, and an amazing class. The space is spotless, mats and props good, class started on time, and I love that they ask you to wash your hands and feet. I took the Yin Yoga Flow with Kru Annie and it was like no other class I have attended. And I have done a lot of yoga! She was personable, knowledgable and took you on a real journey. Her set up, cueing, sequencing, and delivery were perfect, and she had a warm, cute, and charming personality that shone throughout the class. After the class, I introduced myself to the founder Rose, and give her my kudos which led to a great conversation about creating a studio with high quality standards. She did come in 3/4 through the class to teacher assist (Annie stayed on her mat the entire time), and I only wish she had been there the full time. With a mixed class, her hands on adjustment and personalization would have been very beneficial to many of the more beginner students. If I lived in Chiang Mai, I would be here every week. I would LOVE to help expand this studio to Central Vietnam (Hoi An/Da Nang) where we are in desperate need for high quality yoga studios. Just putting it out there in the universe.... ;-) Thank you Wild Rose!

Very beautiful place! The wooden house, plants, smell of basil and the sound of birds make perfect balance. Reservation recommended, it’s a very popular classroom,so glad that there is one spot left when I book the class.

I attended Yin Yoga with Sound Healing with Kru Annie and it was amazing. I loved the pace and how she always reminds you to Respect your body's limitations. It also got some great stretches in. Everyone from the guy receptionist to the owner and even the other students were welcoming. I appreciated this experience🙏

I came here because friends recommended me this place. It’s my first time to do yoga in CNX and I did enjoy it. Just note that you need to book through WhatsApp in advance. (But actually now that I think about it, the booking system is just based on trust) then you pay cash when you arrive. (400 THB for my yin + sound bath class) I did a yin yoga + sound bath class which was great. The teacher was very encouraging and gave out good vibes. The class that I did was very beginner friendly. Anyone can do it. But I did hear friends say that some classes could be quite advanced. Before you go in for the class, they would ask you to clean your hands and feet. Overall, I enjoyed the class. When I decided to come again, the class was full already so it was a shame. So better book in advance.

We had the privilege to attend 3 classes within a week at Wild Rose during our visit to Chiang Mai. All were taught by the wonderful Kru May. Her flow classes were paced so well - all starting with pranayama, and then a creative sequence with deliberate holds combined with strong flow. Even more than her sequence, May is a true light and special human. We really enjoyed getting to know her, on and off the mat, over the week. The studio is a lovely space, in a beautiful Lanna styled building of dark wood, yet light and airy at the same time. Perfect temperature with fans keeping the practice room just right. Rose always had a treat post class ready as well, fresh fruit or a cold drink. There’s a very nice change room and shower too. A very inviting, grounding space full of good energy. Highly recommend and will absolutely return next time in Chiang Mai🙏.
