I have been attending weekly yoga sessions here for around 5 months, and they have different classes every day suitable for all levels (accept Sundays). The teachers are all very friendly, welcoming and professional. The prices are really good all you can book a block of lessons if you are in Chiang Mai long term. My strength and balance has definitely improved and I will continue to attend the weekly classes. Highly recommended 👌 🕉🧘♀️

I attended this yoga studio for a whole month while living in Chiang Mai, and it truly became one of the happiest parts of my time there 🤍 From the very first class, the atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The teachers are wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The studio offers classes for all levels, so it’s easy to find practices that suit you no matter your experience. I really loved that the mats and blocks are always prepared before class. On top of that, the prices are very fair and accessible, which makes this studio even more special. I will miss this place and the warm energy it holds. Thank you!

I love this yoga studio! It’s one of the most affordable and welcoming studios I’ve found in Chiang Mai. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and offer helpful guidance no matter your experience level. The community is kind, it's a space where you feel at ease. They provide everything you need: yoga mats, blocks, and straps, which makes it convenient. I usually go with the 10-class pack for 1,500 THB, but even the 200 THB drop-in rate is reasonable. Whether you're just visiting or looking for a regular practice, this studio is a gem.

I don’t want to brag, but I may have the world’s tightest hamstrings. This has made certain stretches and poses challenging, to say the least. I’ve been attending Yoga Body & Soul for a few months and really love it. They have some of the best teachers I’ve ever found, and I’ve seen them work effectively with students of every skill level — even me. The classes are challenging, but the instructors provide a perfect blend of expertise, coaching, and motivation. In the past, I struggled with the discipline needed to attend sessions regularly. But at Yoga Body & Soul, I find myself looking forward to each class. They keep it fresh with new techniques, so I’m never bored. As a result, I have grown as a student in strength, flexibility, and form. The meditations, breath work, and mindfulness have been so helpful in clearing my mind and reducing stress. I’m grateful to have found this school. Even my hamstrings are more relaxed, which I didn’t think was possible. 🙏 Namaste

I love this Yoga Body & Soul studio because it has helped to improve my fitness journey. I feel like I'm more flexible than I was before and my stamina has increased. I'm grateful for the breath work, and each session I experience a gentle push here and there with physical adjustments. It's a welcoming vibe and especially great if you don't mind a good sweat. The beginner level on Tuesdays and Thursdays allows you to set your own pace. Ladda is THE BEST, as an instructor, she's a life long learner and finds ways to surprise us with new moves and ways to stay mindful. She often offers an expression of care during the cool down segment. Looking for a yoga school that focuses on the body and soul? Well, it's in their name and in their practice.🧘🏽♀️❤️
