Training Box Chiangmai New Born

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to! It’s very clean and it has all the necessary equipment, including a large air purifier installed in the gym. They offer a variety of classesand paying for a monthly membership is definitely worth it. I really enjoy the cross-training classes. Not only is the gym itself great, but the atmosphere and the people here are amazing. The owners and coaches are friendly and humble, always willing to help with anything. It’s not just a place to work out, it’s also a great opportunity to build friendships.

Fantastic Gym in Chiang Mai. Basically has two large warehouse style spaces; one is a conventional weights gym and the other is a functional space for Hyrox/CrossFit. Pretty much has everything you'd want. The weights area has a wide range of resistance machines, lifting platforms, dumbbells up to 50kg; and treadmills and bikes. The functional space is huge and very impressive. Has everything you'd want for Hyrox (ski ergs, rowers, wall balls, kettlebells, multiple sleds) and loads of dumbbells and barbells meaning you don't even have to take them from the weights gym area. The owners are very nice, you can get protein shakes for 60 baht and a day pass is 180 baht which is great value. Highly recommended!

One of the best gyms in Chiang Mai. Good community, clean equipment, new rig. Suitable for strength and conditioning as well as weight lifting.

Full equipped gym with positive pressure system Suitable for weight lifting, strength and conditioning Their group class exercises are also fun! especially Hyrox class I would highly recommended joining this gym!
