I've been coming here for over six months now and I really like this place. You can book both group and private classes. The group classes are a good mix of training + workout, if you're looking to prepare for a fight or like tailored tutoring you can book private classes. The coaches are lovely and I've met so many friendly other students there as well. This place is a community and I've formed a bunch of great friendships due to it. 💛 Sting love!

Our Muay Thai class was an incredible experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better instructors. After watching a real Muay Thai boxing match the night before, this was something my friends and I were genuinely excited to try—and the instructors made it approachable, fun, and empowering. Each instructor was patient, encouraging, and extremely skilled, taking the time to teach us proper technique while making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident, no matter their experience level. They broke everything down clearly and made the class engaging from start to finish. What made it even more special was how personal and authentic it felt—it wasn’t just a workout or a lesson, it was a true cultural and athletic experience. We left with a new respect for the sport and a sense of accomplishment we’ll always remember. If you’re even considering taking a Muay Thai class, do it—and hope you get these instructors. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

I had such a great experience training here! The pad work and sparring sessions were excellent really good balance between pushing you and making sure you learn proper technique. The coaches are super friendly and encouraging, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming no matter your level. Highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting Chiang Mai who wants to train Muay Thai!

Overall good. Trainers are good. If you show your motivation, they support you. Prefect for tourists who want to play muay thai for the first time. If you are a fighter who wants to prepare for a fight, this gym will not be for you. Price is good. Equipment is ok. They have a late group training at 6:30 pm. If you missed the other Gyms training at 5pm, you can have a light workout here.

We had a really good beginner experience at this gym. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time. We all warmed up together before one instructor, PJ, took all the beginners and we did a session in front of the mirror where he brought us through how to properly punch, hook, kick, knee etc etc..I’m left handed which means I couldn’t follow exactly along with what PJ was doing so another coach stepped in beside me and did the movements as if she was left handed and footed so that I could copy her. Once we had practiced that, we sparred with either PJ or the other coach like 2/3 times each. Then we joined the rest of the class, did cardio for 10 minutes followed my a cool down. Overall it was a really good first timer Muay Thai experience. The coaches know what they’re doing, they have really great English, and they’re funny, nice people. The gym is spotless also.
