The coaching team includes active ONE Championship fighters - Chati, Cha, Joe, and Koma - who train and coach alongside members. Group classes run Monday to Saturday with four daily time slots plus three sessions on Sunday. Rates are 350 THB for adults and 250 THB for students; private sessions are 900 THB.
